I’m not usually one to post comment. . . but I’ve certainly read many comments on cases for my iPhone 3G. Thanks to all who have written comments and helped me take the case Otterbox Defender! This case is awesome. Very durable, all functions are accessible. . . and yes, oil stretching effect is sometimes present, but easily fixed.

The only problem I had when I saw the case was installed immediately after installing it, almost 95% of all the people I spoke to said she heard an echo every time they talked about (you know, if you say something and one second later you hear in headset … boring!).

I was disappointed because the thing is built like a tank and all my saved phone down 6 “on the tarmac in the rain. Well, I decided to see the pieces of felt that the headset and microphone to remove because they are simply to prevent water droplets, direct knock the phone components. Once I removed the pieces, not one person complained about hearing the echoes more! Strange, but it worked. . . So I wanted to convey.

The echo was the only problem I had with this case. . . The best case I could find and worth the money. I recommend it to everyone I see an iPhone now :-)

I bought the Otterbox Defender for my iPhone 3G through their website, but I thought I mention that I’m happy here with her. I’ve heard many complaints about oil stretching effect based on the membrane, but this problem is solved quite simple, and has not appeared since my phone in case the last time.

The OtterBox case is very protective, and all the cases I looked so far the strongest case for iPhone 3G, which I saw. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a strong argument for his phone. Well worth the money!

It’s a good thing to protect your iPhone better than most other cases.

very durable. I feel very safe to use for outdoor activities such as cycling, running, hiking, skiing (but not waterproof), camping, etc.
You can use all the buttons on the belt clip telephone.un < br />-lasting one additional feature that makes it easy to attach to your belt.

    Disadvantages:
very, very difficult to refer from the holster strap to loosen.
The rubber / silicon cover is often bundled out if you get too attached to the case of belt.
most importantly, the situation is being built in screen protector and greasy colored simple, almost as if condensation or fluid between the screen protector and the screen iPhone. The only way out is to remove the phone from the case and that is a beautiful nuisance.

Conclusion: There is not much of a “daily” event. I have not advisable to buy if your an avid outdoorsman. For everyday use, another thing to find.

I made this comment after reading the reviews (very few) negative images. The negative responses were so wide of the truth, it irritated me. You buy this case, if you want the best possible protection. I cook to live, if so suspect in all types of grease, dirt, dust, water, splashing effects, and so on. The case is dustproof, waterproof, and you can keep all the functions of the phone. You should not go swimming with it, but you should be fine if you fall into the water briefly.

If you want to protect, get this case. I have at least 12 hours looking for things to protect my investment, and is the best available. Even my AT & T representative supported this site. Yes its bulky, but not overwhelmingly so. And it is not pretty, but I love how she looks and how I carry it in my pocket to display my leg, I think that a coup would break my thigh before breaking the case. I may exaggerate a bit, but I (accidentally) have tested this case harder than I wanted, and I can not even say I did.

; Long story short, if you want to be the most beautiful, flashy, do not get. But if you want more than the armor on the market, buy it!

    P. S. I am not paid for, but I would be! Just a normal guy wondering why his superb product, even a 3-star rating obtained.

It’s a big deal. Very durable. Perform a search and you can tube a man who throws her on the second floor window and when he retrived the iPhone is in perfect position to find. It’s really for nothing.

    Three things to know, though.
    1) the oil spill feared. At first, it does not bother me much, but as time went on I became increasingly irritated. I discovered that when a protective anti-glare screen (Pack of 2 available in Apple retail stores for $ 15), then the problem is resolved. Nor oilslick and not “rubbed his face on the telephone or face a heavy hand” (as recommended on the OtterBox website.) Perfect. My case is now $ 50 65.

    2) you can not dock the phone while in the case. Solution – Buy a dock extension. The only company I have found so far is that sells Send Station – Send Station Dock Extender. They are responsible for $ 30 for the expansion. Amazon. com sells this product on behalf of an outside vendor. Be willing to change, however. As it is, the extension does not fit into the slot on the bottom of the housing. If you have access to a Dremel or similar tool, the sides of the range can be broken so that it fits. Took every 5 minutes for me to do and I have no skills with power tools. Fortunately, the underlying black plastic so that you can not really say you’ve changed, unless you look closely at the fact that the zone change is not as bright as the rest of the game.

    3) coatings on the speakers and headphones will mute the sound so you do not hear the phone ring, unless you’re in a quiet area and you can always ask people to repeat themselves . The only solution I found for this is a small hole drilled in the coating. It is clear that the case is not as resistant to dust or semi-water resistant, but at least I hear the phone ring – that it is important that my iPhone is the first phone. For punching holes that I ring and all parameters set at maximum level was. Now they are reasonable in the middle and I hear the iPod functions and the fingers, unless a peaceful environment.

So – in short, my now costs $ 50 if $ 105, but it is still much cheaper than buying a new phone when (or should I say when) I covered my phone. Worth the cost and long term solutions.
